Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, avoiding a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece, the same applies to stained sheets.

Reservation Procedure: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, accompanied by a selfie. For each companion, the same procedure will be necessary. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. It is not possible to check in early or request entry before this time. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

Information: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY of the accommodation, a FINE of R$50.00 will be charged so that you can access the accommodation, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new ACCESS TAG/KEY.

1. There is no breakfast included in the rates.

2. Cleaning and change of bed/bath linen carried out only once, upon entering the accommodation.

3. Access to the Gym and Swimming Pool as common areas.

4. Failures in housekeeping/cleaning must be reported immediately.

7. Drying objects on the window is prohibited.

8. It is forbidden to throw waste through windows, balconies or common areas.
