RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each companion. This is our standard security measure to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, please contact the administrator to check availability.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

ATTENTION:

Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After that time, availability will be verified by the team (Customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If it is possible to accept a late reservation, we will notify you in advance via the message box. Check-in during the night or in the morning: If necessary, you must also book for the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules:

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for 4 people.

The unit is self-contained and is not a hotel.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine.

Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, no maintenance day scheduled for the pool.

ATTENTION: Laundry is available by appointment and payment directly at the building's reception.

Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: pool, gym, and billiards table, ensuring leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINENS:

Composed of 1 bed sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, in addition to 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item if bath towels are used improperly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/bath towel changes are performed only once, upon check-in.

Access to the gym and pool as common areas.

Any issues with cleaning/arrangement must be reported immediately.

Visits are NOT allowed.

The service elevator should be used for wet clothes and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY for the accommodation, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged for access, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new TAG/KEY. ATTENTION: This building does not offer laundry service for guests.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
