Intermares is a neighborhood located in Cabedelo, in the Metropolitan Region of João Pessoa, Paraíba. It is well known for its calm and crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for those who enjoy water activities such as stand-up paddle, kayaking, and relaxing sea baths. The beach is also famous for its natural pools formed by reefs, visible at certain times, providing a unique experience for visitors.

The infrastructure in Intermares is excellent, with various bars, restaurants, and kiosks along the shore, offering great options for leisure and dining for both tourists and locals. Being a quieter and less crowded beach compared to others in the area, it is highly sought after by those looking for rest and tranquility, without compromising on good infrastructure.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Rules for Apartment Use: Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens. Accommodation: Cozy for 4 people. The unit is autonomous and not a hotel, so breakfast is NOT included in the daily rates. Pool: Located on the rooftop. Operating hours: 8 am to 8 pm. Currently, no scheduled maintenance days for the pool. Note: In case of losing the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the accommodation, a fine of R$ 50.00 will be charged to re-access the unit, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new TAG/KEY. Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: Pool, Gym, Game Room, and Playroom, ensuring leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Bedding: Composed of 1 fitted sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 for each damaged piece when using bath towels inappropriately. Important Information: Cleaning and changing bedding/towels are done only once upon check-in. Access to the Gym, Pool, Game Room, and Playroom as common areas. Any issues with housekeeping/cleaning must be communicated immediately. Visitors are NOT allowed. Use of the service elevator: Only with wet clothes or for luggage. Prohibited: Drying items on the window. Throwing waste through the windows, balcony, or common areas. Daily Rates: Vary according to demand. Parking: Fixed parking space.
