Important Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: Damages will be charged for the replacement cost of the damaged item. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, as well as for stained sheets.

Booking Procedure: After confirming your reservation, send a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. Each guest must follow the same procedure for security reasons.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. The period between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-ins are not allowed.

Additional Information: Loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY will result in a R$80.00 fine to cover the cost of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY. The building does not provide laundry or co-working facilities for guests.

- Includes 1 sheet for the bed base, 1 sheet for covering, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel per bathroom.
