RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Rules for Apartment Use:

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the cost for replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained bed sheets.

Operating hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, no scheduled pool maintenance days.

ATTENTION: Superior Gourmet Space - Hot Tub: Available only for stays longer than 7 days with a usage limit of 2 hours per reservation.

Additionally, upon booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: pool, gym, ensuring leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 bed sheet for the mattress, 1 bed sheet for covering, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
