Important: Apartment Usage Rules!

Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please avoid using bath and face towels as floor cloths. There is a R$ 100.00 fine for damaged towels or stained bed linens.
Reservation Procedure: After your reservation is confirmed, we will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. The same procedure applies for each additional guest. This is our security protocol to ensure both your safety and ours. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the apartment will undergo cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Early check-in is not possible before 3:00 PM, respecting this time frame. We are committed to your safety, comfort, and transparency during your stay!
Additional Information: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the apartment, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged, as we will need to call a locksmith or provide a new tag/key. ATTENTION: This building does not provide a laundry facility for guests.

**ATTENTION:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

**ATTENTION:** Automatic reservations are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We cannot guarantee reservation acceptance after this hour. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box.

**ATTENTION:** In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a FINE of R$80.00 will be charged to cover the cost of calling a locksmith and/or obtaining a new TAG/KEY.

**Check-in during the early morning or morning hours:** If necessary, the reservation must also be made for the previous day.

- No fixed maintenance days for the pool at the moment.

**Post-Reservation Procedure:**

**Linen:**

- Includes 1 bed sheet, 1 blanket, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

**Breakfast:** Not included in the rate.

**Cleaning and Linen Change:** Performed only once, upon entering the accommodation.

**Access to Gym and Pool:** As common areas.

**Cleaning Issues:** Must be reported immediately.

**Unauthorized Visits:** Not permitted.

**Use of Service Elevator:** For luggage.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$100.00 for each damaged towel due to improper use.

**Rates:** Vary according to demand.
