The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

**General Information and Usage Rules:**

**ATTENTION:** Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM.

**ATTENTION:** Automatic reservations are only accepted until 8:30 PM. After this time, availability will be verified by the team (Service hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not guarantee acceptance of reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will inform you in advance via the messaging app.

**ATTENTION:** In case of forgetting or losing the ACCESS CARD/KEY for the accommodation, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged to access the unit, as this is the amount charged by the building administration to configure a new ACCESS CARD/KEY.

**Check-in during the early morning or morning:** If necessary, it is required to book for the previous day as well.

**Security and Check-in Requirements:**

- Submission of ID (front and back) or driver’s license with photo, accompanied by a selfie, UP TO one day before check-in, REQUEST VIA MESSAGING APP.

**Accommodation:**

- Cozy for 2 people.

- The unit is self-contained and is not a hotel. Breakfast is not included in the daily rates.

**Pool:**

- Located on the rooftop.

- Usage Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM.

- Currently, there is no fixed day for pool maintenance.

**Post-Reservation Procedure:**

- Submission of ID (front and back) or driver’s license with photo, accompanied by a selfie, FOR ALL GUESTS listed in the reservation.

**Linen:**

- Composed of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- Breakfast: Not included in the daily rates.

- Cleaning and change of bed/bath linen: Performed only once upon entering the accommodation. If a change of linen items is needed, there is a cost for each item.

- Access to Gym and Pool: As common areas.

- Issues with cleaning/setup: Must be reported IMMEDIATELY.

- Visitors: Not allowed.

- Use of service elevator: For luggage, purchases, and when wearing swimwear and wet clothes.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$100.00 for each damaged item due to improper use of bath or face towels, or linen items stained with blood, makeup, or sunscreen.

**Daily Rates:** Vary according to demand.

**Direct contact with the host:** From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

**Parking:**

- Internal and external rotating parking, subject to availability.
