**Reservation Procedure:** After confirming your reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie. The same procedure is required for each accompanying guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

**Check-in and Check-out Hours:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests for entry before this time are not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

**Check-in during the early morning or morning hours:** If needed, you must also book the previous day.

**Accommodation:**

- Cozy for 2 people.

- The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate.

- Located on the rooftop.

- Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

- Pool maintenance twice a week.

**Post-Booking Procedure:**

**Bedding:**

- Includes 1 sheet for the bed, 1 sheet to cover yourself, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel per bathroom.
