Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Please do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will incur a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

Reservation Procedure: After confirming your reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. The same procedure is required for each guest. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. The period between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests for entry before this time cannot be accommodated. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

Information: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY for the accommodation, a fine of R$100.00 will be charged to regain access, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new TAG/KEY.

We do not guarantee the acceptance of reservations after this time, and if we can accommodate your booking, we will notify you in advance via the message box.

**ATTENTION:** If the guest wants to check-in in the morning, they must make the reservation the day before through the platform.

1. **Accommodation**: Cozy unit for 2 people.

2. The unit is self-contained and is not a hotel; breakfast is not included in the daily rate.

3. **Check-in Requirements**:

- Send a copy of your ID (front and back) or driver's license with photo, along with a selfie, one day before check-in.

4. **Swimming Pool**:

- Located in the "L" area.

- Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

- Maintenance every MONDAY, pool unavailable on this day.

5. **Post-Reservation Procedure**:

- Send a copy of your ID (front and back) or driver's license with photo, along with a selfie.

6. **Security and Damages**:

- In case of damage, the cost for replacing the damaged item will be charged.

7. **Important**:

- If there are any companions, the same document submission procedure and selfie are required.

8. **Bedding**:

- Our bedding includes: 1 sheet for the bed, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and towels (bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel per bathroom).

Important Information:

1. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate.

2. Cleaning and change of bedding/towels are done only once upon entering the accommodation.

3. Access to the Gym, Pool, Game Room, Playroom, Sports Court, and Playground for children as common areas.

4. Issues with cleaning or arrangement must be reported immediately.

5. Unauthorized visits are not allowed.

6. Use of the service elevator for luggage.

7. Drying objects on the window is prohibited.

8. Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or common areas is prohibited.

9. A fine of R$ 100.00 will be charged for each damaged towel if used improperly.

10. Daily rates vary depending on demand.

11. Direct contact with the host is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
