**Important: Attention to Apartment Usage Rules!**

**Damages and Fines:** In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained sheets.

**Reservation Procedure:** After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie. The same procedure is required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

**Check-in and Check-out Times:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or entry before this time is not allowed. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

**Information:** In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the accommodation, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to regain access, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new ACCESS TAG/KEY.

**ATTENTION:** This building has a laundry service, and you must schedule it at the building's reception.

**IMPORTANT:** Automated bookings are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be verified by our team (Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We cannot guarantee the acceptance of reservations after this time. If your booking is possible, we will notify you in advance via the messaging system.
