Important: Attention to Apartment Usage Rules!

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, avoiding a fine of R$100.00 per damaged piece, the same applies to stained sheets.

Reservation Procedure: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, accompanied by a selfie. For each companion, the same procedure will be necessary. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. It is not possible to check in early or request entry before this time. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

Information: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY of the accommodation, a FINE of R$50.00 will be charged so that you can access the accommodation, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new ACCESS TAG/KEY.

ATTENTION: Laundry facilities are NOT available for guests in this building.

**IMPORTANT:** Automatic bookings are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be verified by our team (Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We cannot guarantee the acceptance of reservations after this time. If possible, we will notify you in advance via the messaging box.

**IMPORTANT:** In case of loss of the TAG/ACCESS KEY for the accommodation, a FINE of R$100.00 will be charged to cover the cost of a locksmith call and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY.

**Check-in during the early morning or morning:** If needed, you must make the reservation for the previous day as well.

**Linen:**

- Includes 1 bed sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- Breakfast: Not included in the daily rates.

- Cleaning and towel/linen change: Done only once at check-in.

- Access to Gym and Pool: As common areas.

- Any cleaning or arrangement issues: Must be reported immediately.

- Unauthorized visitors: Not allowed.

- Use of service elevator: For luggage only.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the windows.

- Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$100.00 for damaged towels when used improperly.
