RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules:

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for 4 people.

The unit is independent and not a hotel.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine.

Usage hours: 8 am to 10 pm.

Currently, no scheduled pool maintenance day.

ATTENTION: Laundry service is available by appointment and payment directly at the building's reception.

Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: pool, gym, and pool table, offering leisure and wellness options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 sheet for the bed, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece applies if towels are used improperly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are performed only once, upon arrival.

Access to the gym and pool as common areas.

Issues with cleaning/arrangement must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use of the service elevator: For wet clothes and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY for the accommodation, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged to allow access to the accommodation, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new ACCESS TAG/KEY. ATTENTION: This building does not offer laundry service for guests.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects on the window.

Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

Rates vary according to demand.
