*Important Apartment Usage Rules*

*Damages and Fines:* Damages will be charged for the replacement cost of the damaged item. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, as well as for stained sheets.

*Booking Procedure:* After confirming your reservation, send a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. Each guest must follow the same procedure for security reasons.

*Check-In and Check-Out Times:* Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. The period between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-ins are not allowed.

*Additional Information:* Loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY will result in a R$80.00 fine to cover the cost of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY. The building does not provide laundry or co-working facilities for guests.

We do not guarantee reservation acceptance after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will inform you in advance via the message box.

**Pool:**

- Located on the rooftop.

- Hours of use: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

- No fixed maintenance days for the pool at this time.

**Post-Reservation Procedure:**

- Submit ID (front and back) or driver’s license with photo, along with a selfie.

**Linen:**

- Composed of 1 bed sheet for the bed, 1 sheet for covering, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- Linen and towel change: Performed only once, upon check-in.

- Access to the Gym and Pool: As common areas.

- Cleaning issues: Should be reported immediately.

- Visitors: Not allowed.

- Use of the service elevator: Allowed for wet clothes and luggage.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Penalty:** R$100.00 per damaged item if bath towels are used improperly.

**Daily Rates:** Vary based on demand.
