Damage and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed linens.

Reservation Procedure: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your identity document (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie. The same procedure will be required for each companion. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-ins or requests for entry before this time are not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure you have a memorable experience!

**Linen:**

- Consists of 1 fitted sheet, 1 blanket, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- **Cleaning and linen/towel change:** Performed only once, upon check-in.

- **Access to the Gym and Pool:** As common areas.

- **Cleaning/arrangement issues:** Must be reported immediately.

- **Visitors:** Not allowed.

- **Use of service elevator:** For wet clothes and luggage only.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing trash through windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$ 100.00 per item damaged if bath towels are used improperly.

**Nightly Rates:** Vary depending on demand.
