The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Reglas de Uso del Apartamento: Daños y Multas: En caso de daños, se cobrará el costo de reposición del artículo dañado. No utilice las toallas de baño y rostro como trapos para el piso, ya que se aplicará una multa de R$ 100,00 por cada pieza dañada. Lo mismo aplica para sábanas manchadas. PROHIBIDO FUMAR en la acomodación y en las áreas de ocio. ACOMODACIÓN: Acogedora para 3 personas. La unidad es autónoma y no es un hotel. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: Política de reembolso/cancelación: Solicitud con 30 días de antelación: 100% de reembolso. Solicitud dentro de los 30 días: 50% de reembolso. Solicitud hasta 24 horas antes: 30% de reembolso. Solicitud dentro de las 24 horas: sin reembolso. PISCINA: Ubicada en la azotea. Horario de uso: de 6 AM a 10 PM. No hay días programados para el mantenimiento de la piscina en este momento. Además, al reservar, tendrás acceso a las áreas comunes del edificio: piscina, gimnasio y salón de juegos, ofreciendo opciones de ocio y bienestar para todos los gustos. Disfruta lo mejor de ambos mundos: relajación y productividad, todo en un solo lugar. El mini-mercado funciona las 24 horas, con un sistema de autoservicio para seleccionar y pagar productos rápidamente y de forma segura, en cualquier momento. ROPA DE CAMA: Incluye 1 sábana bajera, 1 sábana para cubrirse, fundas de almohada y toallas de baño según la cantidad de huéspedes en la reserva, además de 1 toalla de rostro en el baño. Sujeto a una multa de R$ 100,00 por pieza dañada por uso inapropiado de las toallas de baño. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: La limpieza y el cambio de sábanas/toallas solo se realizan una vez al momento del check-in. ATENCIÓN: En caso de pérdida de la TAG/LLAVE DE ACCESO de la acomodación, se cobrará una multa de R$ 80,00 para cubrir los costos del cerrajero y/o la adquisición de una nueva TAG/LLAVE. Acceso al gimnasio, piscina, salón de juegos y coworking como áreas comunes. Cualquier problema con la limpieza/departamento debe ser comunicado inmediatamente. NO se permiten visitas. Uso del ascensor de servicio: con ropa mojada y para equipaje. El desayuno no está incluido en la tarifa diaria, pero hay un restaurante en el lugar donde puedes disfrutar de una comida por R$ 32,00 por persona. PROHIBIDO: Secar objetos en la ventana. Arrojar residuos por las ventanas, balcón o áreas comunes. TARIFAS DIARIAS: Varían según la demanda. ESTACIONAMIENTO: Rotativo, sujeto a disponibilidad de espacio.
