RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 12:00 PM.
The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, please contact the administrator to check availability.
We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the accommodation and common areas.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
24-Hour Reception
ATTENTION:
Automatic bookings are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept bookings after this time. If acceptance is possible, we will notify you in advance via the messaging box. If check-in is required during the night or morning, the reservation must also be made for the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules:
Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor rags, as a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be charged. The same applies to stained sheets.
ACCOMMODATION:
Cozy for 2 people.
The unit is self-contained and is not a hotel, so breakfast IS NOT included in the daily rates.
POOL:
Located on the rooftop.
Usage hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Currently, no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.
Note: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the accommodation, a fine of R$50.00 will be charged, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new ACCESS TAG/KEY.
Additionally, with your reservation, you will have access to the building's common areas: Pool and Gym, providing leisure and well-being options for all tastes.
LINENS:
Includes 1 bed sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
A fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be applied for improper use of bath towels.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen/bath towel changes are only performed once upon check-in.
Access to the Gym (open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM) and Pool as common areas.
Laundry and Coworking with an additional fee.
Any issues with cleaning or tidying up should be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use of the service elevator: For wet clothes and luggage.
PROHIBITED:
Drying items on the window.
Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

Rates vary according to demand.
PARKING:
Rotating parking, subject to availability.

Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.
