RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Rules for Apartment Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens.

Accommodation:

Cozy for 5 people.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.

Pool:

Located in the leisure area.

Operating hours: 7 am to 7 pm.

Maintenance starts at 7 pm every day.

ATTENTION: In case of losing the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the accommodation, a fine of R$ 50.00 will be charged for re-access, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new TAG/KEY.

Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building's common areas: pool, gym, ensuring options for leisure and well-being for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

Bedding:

Composed of 1 fitted sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 for each damaged piece when using bath towels inappropriately.

Important Information:

Cleaning and changing bedding/towels are done only once upon check-in.

Access to the Gym and Pool as common areas.

Any issues with housekeeping/cleaning must be communicated immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use of the service elevator: Only with wet clothes or for luggage.

Prohibited:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or common areas.

Parking:

Fixed vacancy with the unit number.
