Important: Attention to Apartment Usage Rules!

*Damages and Fines:* In case of damages, the cost to replace the damaged item will be charged. Please avoid using bath and face towels as floor cloths to prevent a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

*Reservation Procedure:* After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

*Check-in and Check-out Times:* Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or entry before this time is not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

*Information:* In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the apartment, a FINE of R$80.00 will be charged to cover the costs of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY.

*ATTENTION:* This building does not provide laundry and co-working facilities for guests.
