**Important: Attention to Apartment Use Rules!**

**Damages and Fines:** In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will incur a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

**Reservation Procedure:** After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, accompanied by a selfie. The same procedure is required for each guest. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

**Check-in and Check-out Times:** Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests for entry before this time are not allowed. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

**Information:** In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to allow access to the apartment, as we need to call a locksmith and/or acquire a new TAG/KEY.

**ATTENTION:** This building does not provide laundry services for guests.

**Linen:**

- Includes 1 sheet for the bed, 1 sheet to cover, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- **Breakfast:** Not included in the daily rate.

- **Cleaning and linen/towel change:** Performed only once upon check-in.

- **Access to the Gym and Pool:** As common areas.

- **Cleaning/arrangement issues:** Should be communicated immediately.

- **Unauthorized visitors:** Not allowed.

- **Use of the service elevator:** For luggage only.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$ 100.00 per damaged item for inappropriate use of bath towels.
