**Important: Attention to the Apartment Usage Rules!**

**Damages and Fines:** In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Please do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will incur a fine of R$100.00 for each damaged item due to improper use of bath or face towels, or linen items stained with blood, makeup, or sunscreen.

**Reservation Procedure:** After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, accompanied by a selfie. The same procedure is required for each guest. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

**Check-in and Check-out Times:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests for entry before this time are not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!

**Information:** In case of forgetting or losing the ACCESS CARD/KEY for the accommodation, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged to access the unit, as this is the amount charged by the building administration to configure a new ACCESS CARD/KEY.

**ATTENTION:** This building provides laundry and coworking spaces for guests, available upon request and payment of applicable fees directly with the building's reception.

We cannot guarantee reservation acceptance after this hour. If the reservation can be accepted, we will notify you in advance through the messaging box.

**ATTENTION:** In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the accommodation, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged to cover the cost of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY.

**Check-in during the night or morning:** If necessary, you must also book for the previous day.

**Pool:**

- Located on the rooftop.

- Operating Hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

- There is no fixed maintenance day for the pool.

**Post-Reservation Procedure:**

- Send ID (front and back) or driver’s license with photo, along with a selfie.

**Bedding:**

- Includes 1 sheet for the bed base, 1 sheet for covering, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel per bathroom.

**Important Information:**

- **Cleaning and towel/bed linen change:** Provided only once, upon check-in.

- **Access to the gym and pool:** As common areas.

- **Cleaning/arrangement issues:** Should be reported immediately.

- **Unauthorized visitors:** Not allowed.

- **Use of service elevator:** For luggage only.

**Prohibited:**

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste from windows, balconies, or common areas.

**Fine:** R$ 100.00 for each damaged towel used improperly.

In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
