The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules: Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath and face towels as floor rags, as a fine of R$ 100.00 will be applied for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets. PROHIBITED: Smoking in the accommodation and in leisure areas.
ACCOMMDATION: Cozy for 2 people. The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Refund/Cancelation Policy:
- Request made 30 days in advance: 100% refund.
- Request within 30 days: 50% refund.
- Request up to 24 hours before: 30% refund.
- Request within 24 hours: no refund.
POOL: Located on the rooftop.
Operating hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.
There are no scheduled pool maintenance days at this time.
In addition, by booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym, and game room, offering leisure and wellness options for all tastes. The mini-market operates 24 hours with a self-service system to quickly and safely select and pay for products at any time.
BEDSHEETS: Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 covering sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 per item damaged due to improper use of bath towels.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Cleaning and changing of sheets/towels is only done once at check-in.
ATTENTION: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged to cover the costs of the locksmith and/or acquisition of a new TAG/KEY. Access to the gym, pool, game room, and coworking space as common areas. Any issues with cleaning or the apartment must be reported immediately. **VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.**
Use of the service elevator: for wet clothing and luggage only. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate, but there is a restaurant on-site where you can enjoy a meal for R$ 32.00 per person.
PROHIBITED: Drying items on the window. Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or common areas.
