Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please avoid using bath and face towels as floor cloths. There is a R$ 100.00 fine for damaged towels or stained bed linens.

Reservation Procedure: After your reservation is confirmed, we will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. The same procedure applies for each additional guest. This is our security protocol to ensure both your safety and ours. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the apartment will undergo cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Early check-in is not possible before 3:00 PM, respecting this time frame. We are committed to your safety, comfort, and transparency during your stay!

Additional Information: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY to the apartment, a FINE of R$ 80.00 will be charged, as we will need to call a locksmith or provide a new tag/key.

**Accommodation Information**

**Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.**

**Check-in and Check-out Times:**

- Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: By 12:00 PM.

**Automatic Reservations:**

- Automatic reservations are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We cannot guarantee the acceptance of reservations after 9:00 PM. If the reservation can be accepted, we will notify you in advance through the message box.

**Check-in in the Early Morning or Morning:**

- For check-in outside the standard hours (early morning or morning), it is necessary to also book the previous day.

**Loss of Access TAG/Key:**

- In case of loss of the TAG or access key, a fine of R$80,00 will be charged to cover the cost of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/key.
